Refunds
We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that refunds will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
For digital products, such as eBooks or downloadable content, we can only offer a refund if there is a technical issue or defect with the file. If the issue is related to content, no refunds will be granted unless the product is faulty.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds or returns, including but not limited to:
- Digital products or downloadable content after purchase
- Specially customized or personalized items
- Clearance or sale items
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
